Qualification
- Minimum education of S1 (bachelor’s degree) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) within Agriculture, Environment, or Social sector.
- Knowledge in platforms, data collection systems, and data analysis.
- Proficient in creating clear, data-driven analytical reports.
- Deep understanding in result-based management approaches.
- Experienced working with indigenous communities, conservation-based programs, or sustainable development.
- Experienced in M&E systems with a gender and social inclusion approach.
- Proficient in active English (oral and written).
- Must be proficient in using Ms. Office, Google Looker Studio, Ona ODK, KoboToolbox, and other supporting applications.
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, initiative, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
- Willing to be based at the site – Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the project’s logframe. M&E plan, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of field activities and program outcomes.
- Maintain an accurate, updated, and accessible M&E database.
- Prepare bilingual, data-driven reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Documenting best practices, lessons learned, and success stories.
- Facilitate learning sessions and build a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for data alignment, reporting, and participatory monitoring.
